Our Building

We are aware of the ever-increasing costs of health care for humans and animals, and we strive to keep our fees fair and reasonable.

We encourage the discussion of fees prior to performing services. Estimates are available, if needed.

We expect you to pay the fees at the time the services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.  We do not take American Express.

We know that there are times that an emergency may occur.  If needed, a payment plan can be set up with the receptionist. With this plan, we ask that we hold checks. The requirements are as follows:

    1. All checks are to be dated at the time of services.
    2. At least + of the total bill amount is to be paid that day.
    3. We can hold checks for up to two (2) months, depositing one (1) every two (2) weeks.

The payment plan requires a form, signed by client, giving permission to deposit checks and stating what dates they are to be deposited.
